Andreas Mondl
Lead Physiotherapist
About Andreas Mondl
Andreas is the head of physiotherapy at Heimphysio. Andreas has been working as a physiotherapist for more than 20 years. He previously worked in a physical institute, worked in a hospital for many years and has been an independent physiotherapist for over 10 years.
In addition to physiotherapy, Andreas has completed the following additional training courses: Podiatry, physiotherapeutic ortho-sports training and trigger point therapy.
At Mediphysio, Andreas can apply all his experience and additional training to his own type of physiotherapy. He shares his philosophy with his team of therapists and therapists in recurring internal training courses and individual discussions. Together, they are constantly trying to inspire and improve each other.
Andreas’ interest in movement and training, including the background of anatomy, physiology, pathology and biomechanics, led him to physiotherapy. In addition, dealing with different people, personalities and their individual problems is an enriching experience for Andreas every time.
Andreas excels at analyzing problems down to the last detail. Andreas wants to find the cause and motivate the patient to improve through education and appropriate, specific exercises. While the patient
and are in therapy with Andreas, he is always happy to take them “by the hand”, but his aim is to provide them with sufficient knowledge and suitable exercises to make them their own trainers and therapists, so that they can take their problems into their own hands.
Andreas has set himself the goal of accompanying patients from acute injuries to individual health therapy, group therapy and individual sports-specific training. If necessary, they can also fit suitable podological insoles on site to provide the feet with the necessary support. Shoe advice included.
In his private life, Andreas likes to exercise, from running to cycling (city, road bike, MTB) and his joint hygiene, mobilization and stabilization exercises. At the moment he tries to do the Wim Hof breathing exercise every day, if possible, before starting work. This relaxes him on the one hand, but also focuses him. His aim is to grow even further with Mediphysio and to move towards a beautiful, happy future together, pain-free and with a sure step.
