Health insurance reimbursement
We work together with all health insurance companies so that, depending on the duration of your therapy, more than half of the costs incurred can often be reimbursed. Supplementary insurance often covers the rest of the costs.

What is included in the price of a home visit by a specialized physiotherapist?
The price for a home visit by a specialized physiotherapist includes: 60, 45 or 30 minutes of therapy, travel, treatment plan and any necessary equipment.
What means of payment do you accept?
We accept ATM and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Referrals are possible in exceptional cases.
Are home visits covered by health insurance?
The reimbursement of costs for home visits by specialized physiotherapists depends on whether you have a prescription from a doctor. If there is a medical necessity, for example after an operation or in the case of limited mobility, home visits are usually (partially) reimbursed by your social insurance. Do all physical therapists have the same educational background?
All physiotherapists who work at Heimphysio have the same training background. Physiotherapists can have different specializations, but all physiotherapists are trained to perform all home physiotherapy treatments.
Are there discount arrangements for regular home visits?
There are no discount rules, even with a long-term treatment plan.
Are there additional costs besides the basic fee for a home visit?
There are no additional charges beyond the base fee for a home visit. Things like travel expenses, parking fees, or any special equipment needed for treatment are all included.
